Nursing and Rehabilitation Services
St. Francis Country House provides a broad scope of nursing services that meet the needs of the population who have a variety of health related challenges, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some of our special services include - but are not limited to:
- Skilled nursing care (i.e. Intravenous therapy, trach/respiratory care, professional/aggressive wound care, nutritional support/gastrostomy feedings).
- Rehabilitation Services: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy
- Chemotherapy/radiation/hormonal therapy coordination
- Dialysis/renal insufficiency coordination
- Management of metabolic, endocrine, and cardiovascular disorders
- Pain management
- Neurological and orthopedic disorders
- Dementia care with stage appropriate activities
- Restorative nursing care
- Terminal and palliative care
- Provision of respite, rehabilitative, and short or long term care
