Computer knowledge preferred. Direct all nursing activities. Oversee staffing of units and responsible for evaluation of staff performance. Job Code: SFCH-NS Gift Shop Clerk-OccasionalTime: High School diploma/GED required. Must have experience in customer service. Provide assistance, coverage, for customer service in gift shop. Job Code: SFCH-GSC Administrator in Training: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Must have a current PA NHA license or be in the process of attaining the NHA license. Focus on community development for residents and staff. Job Code: SFCH-AIT C.N.A. Trainer/Staff Developer: Current CNA license with at least 5 years CNA experience in a long term care facility. Assist in planning, developing, directing, evaluating, and coordinating educational and on-the-job training programs. Job Code: SFCH-TSD Maintenance Worker (Occasional Time): High School diploma/GED required along with at least 3 months experience. Training from technical school in performance of general maintenance preferred. Maintain, restore, and repair equipment and property. Job Code: SFCH-MW Director of Social Services: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Must have 1-3 years experience in supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility. Organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department. Assure that medically related emotional and psychological needs of the residents are maintained and enhanced for a better quality of life.
